Cynthia Elliot, MD

Cynthia Elliott, MD

Cynthia Elliott, MD, is the owner of Skinspirations, an esthetic medical practice, and ExpertEsthetics, a clinician training facility. She has been a speaker and trainer for Allergan, the makers of Botox Cosmetic and Juvederm, as well as a physician trainer for Cutera Lasers and Suneva Medical, since 2007. An expert featured in television and radio interviews, she’s also the author of multiple articles. Dr. Elliott is originally board certified and residency-trained in emergency medicine and obtained her MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.

Kate Dellangelo is a board-certified APRN with a doctoral degree in nursing (DNP) and an honorary degree in comedy. She has been an integral part of the Skinspirations team for over nine years already and has extensive experience providing all the aesthetic treatments offered.

Originally from Long Island, as you’ll realize as soon as she speaks, Alison Iemolo is a licensed Medical Aesthetician with more than twenty-five years of experience in the esthetic field. She designs a customized skincare strategy for every client and strives to give each one a five-star experience at every visit. At home, she enjoys life with her dog Brixton and 2 cats.

Licensed Medical Esthetician and Medical Assistant

With a passion for learning, I pursued a career as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician shortly after earning my bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. My years as a Certified Medical Assistant in dermatology gave me invaluable insights into assessing skin. As someone with a Fitzpatrick IV skin type, I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with ethnic skin tones. People with darker skin should never feel that their skin tone limits their access to
effective treatments. My mission is to empower individuals across all skin types to feel confident, cared for, and understood as they work toward their aesthetic goals. By combining advanced techniques with a patient-centered approach, I strive to create a welcoming space where beauty and science come
together to deliver exceptional results.

Licensed Esthetician

I’m a licensed esthetician with a focus on treating acne-prone skin, inspired by my own personal journey with skin challenges. I understand how much skin can impact confidence, and I’m passionate about helping you feel your best through customized care and education. I truly love what I do. Outside of work, I’m a proud dog mom who enjoys spending time with my pup, Duck!

As the Medical Assistant and Social Media Coordinator at Skinspirations, Emma brings nearly six years of hands-on experience in patient care, with three years dedicated to the esthetics industry.

Emma also supports patients on their wellness and weight management journey, drawing on her background in nutrition and wellness to guide them toward healthier lifestyles.

Jeanne Wind, Compliance Queen & Bookkeeper Extraordinaire, has been with Skinspirations before we even opened in 2005. Jeanne has almost fifty years of experience in the medical field, holding roles ranging from practice manager to medical assistant to now bookkeeper.

Peter Arno

Patient Coordinator

With over three years in the aesthetics industry, Peter brings professionalism, warmth, and a sharp eye for detail to every patient interaction.

Originally from Connecticut, he’s spent the past four years in Florida helping clients feel confident and cared for through his roles in coordination, consulting, and behind-the-scenes support.

Outside the office, Peter enjoys gardening, working out, gaming, and spending time with his boyfriend Christian and two cats, Pretty Girl and Bubbles.

Fun fact: he’s the fourth man in his family with the same name — and swears he’ll be the last!

In 2005, after 15 years as a practicing emergency physician in trauma centers, Cynthia Elliott, M.D. established Skinspirations, a medical practice devoted exclusively to aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

In 2007, Dr. Elliott was invited to train other physicians for the Cutera Laser company, and in 2008  she was chosen to be a speaker and a trainer for Allergan, the company that manufactures Botox.

Afterward, Dr. Elliott started a hands-on aesthetic treatment training company named ExpertEsthetics. She and her staff have trained over 200 other esthetic providers.

Since 2005, Skinspirations has provided more than 86,000 esthetic treatments and consistently rates 4.9 in Google reviews, making Skinspirations one of the most experienced and prestigious aesthetic practices in Florida.

Today, Dr. Elliott continues to be recruited by other esthetic companies to teach clinicians.
