Shape Your Reality
With Injectable Fillers and Biostimulants
When strategically placed by an experienced clinician, dermal fillers can often produce results that appear more natural and softer than the results from a facelift.
Filler treatments are the second most popular nonsurgical cosmetic treatment performed in the United States after Botox. Results from dermal fillers are usually immediate, and the treatments can usually be performed in less than an hour.
There are now almost thirty different injectable fillers available in the US. Depending on their characteristics, specific fillers are chosen for different areas. Thin gel fillers, for example, are the best choice for fine surface lines, while thick, stiffer fillers can recreate the look of bone.
What Are Biostimulant Skin Treatments?
Traditional dermal fillers are used to add volume under the skin. They can give instant results but don’t slow down the aging processes in the skin.
Biostimulators, on the other hand, take a longer-term approach. Instead of just acting as padding, they stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities to build healthier, thicker, tighter, and more youthful tissue from within, resulting in increased firmness and more supple skin that can last two years or more.
The most common biostimulants used today include:
Radiesse - Provides immediate volume when needed while regenerating collagen, elastin, and even new blood vessels. The result is firmer, thicker, and more supple skin that keeps improving for up to two years.
Sculptra and Polycaprolactone- increase skin thickness, quality, and firmness anywhere on the body for at least two years.
Nanofat - the stem cells and growth factors from your fat can produce tighter, healthier skin with results lasting several years.
Renuva - when diluted, it produces results similar to Nanofat. Undiluted, it provides fat transfer-like results but without the need for liposuction.
Why Regeneration Matters
Aging doesn’t just mean a loss of volume. Skin structure changes too. Over time, collagen fibers become disorganized, elastin breaks down, and the blood supply decreases. The result is thinner skin, more sagging, uneven tone, and less “bounce back.”
When treatments only replace lost volume with extra collagen, the skin may look fuller but not necessarily healthier. In fact, too much collagen can make tissue stiff and too much volume can give the face a doughy, swollen look.
That’s where regenerative aesthetics comes in. Instead of just adding filler or collagen, regenerative treatments aim to rebuild the entire skin ecosystem—restoring flexibility, hydration, circulation, and structure.
Why See A Student When You Can See The Instructor?
Dr. Cynthia Elliott has taught over 275 clinicians how to perform advanced dermal filler techniques since 2007. When it comes to your face, wouldn’t you rather see the instructor instead of a student?
You can rely on the experienced clinicians at Skinspirations to help you decide on the best treatment options to help you reach your goals.

“Best money I ever spent. Dr. Elliott worked miracles as far as I am concerned with filler and Botox. I went on my 70th birthday feeling very poorly about my image. Every time I passed a mirror I wanted to die. It seemed I suddenly was down in the mouth, literally. The Doctor artfully filled in some strategic places around lips smoothing out those vertical lines and my puppet mouth crevices, and used Botox where Doctor felt I needed it. BOOM! I feel I look years younger – 15 years younger as I have been told by my husband, neighbor, and best friend. Surely saved me from the knife, which is where I thought I needed to go. So Happy, I love Skinspirations. I honestly was not aware I would be able to achieve such improvement by filler and Botox. Remarkable.”
