Under-Eye
Bags, Dark Circles, And Veins
What Causes Under-Eye Circles?
Do people sometimes ask you if you’re tired even when you’re not? Does it look like you have eye bags or dark circles under your eyes in photos?
Depressions where the lower lids meet the cheeks, bulging lower lids, and/or dark skin or visible blue veins under the eyes can all cause the appearance of dark circles or bags.
Skinspirations offers non-surgical treatments to correct most cases of “tired eyes” and can usually be done during your lunch hour.
Under-Eye Depressions Or “Bags”
Depressions under the eyes can be caused by indentations where the lower lid meets the cheek or by protruding under-eye fat pads. If they’re due to indentations, lifting them out with filler or absorbable threads can erase the illusion of eye bags.
Crinkly Lower Lids
Laser skin resurfacing is the most effective treatment for replacing crinkly, loose skin with smooth, tighter skin. Microneedling can also produce improvement.
Veins Or Dark Skin under the Eyes
The blue veins under the eyes that cause the appearance of dark circles in fair skin can be minimized safely and effectively by our vein laser.
Dark under-eye skin can often be lightened with the use of the Q-Switch laser or with PRP injections.
