Hands-On Cosmetic Treatment Training

ExpertEsthetics’ workshops focus on providing personalized clinical experience performing esthetic medical treatments, including advanced filler techniques and multiple laser procedures. With a maximum of three students per workshop, you’ll get plenty of hands-on experience to feel confident about treating patients. Classes for a single student are also available.

Advanced Filler Techniques

If you’ve completed a basic filler course and are ready to learn advanced techniques, then you’re ready for a hands-on advanced filler workshop.

Fillers used in this course include your choice of hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) fillers. Depending on your interests, techniques you’ll learn and practice during the class include facial assessment, global facial volume contouring, feminizing and masculinizing filler treatments, biostimulants, and treating tear troughs, temples, subjowl sulci, oral commissures, negative vector correction, and more.

Ablative Laser Skin Resurfacing

Learn to provide all the treatments available with the Sciton Joule Laser, including fractional ablative skin resurfacing, full-field laser resurfacing, laser ablation of benign skin growths, and the Micro Laser Peel.

Laser Vein Removal With The Cutera Nd:YAG Laser

Veins the size of telangiectasias up to 3 mm diameter spider veins can safely be removed with the range of treatment parameters available on the Cutera Nd:YAG XEO laser. Learn how to use the laser’s cooling method to protect the skin and the correct settings for various-sized vessels.

Advanced Neuromodulator Techniques

Learn how to lift brows and mouth corners, open the eyes, tighten the jawline, stop underarm sweating, make pores smaller, and decrease oil production with neuromodulators.

Scar Treatment With Ablative Lasers Or Subcision

Learn how to assess scar types and determine the best treatment option for each. See a demonstration of and then perform subcision and filling of rolling scars. For boxcar or icepick scars, see a demonstration of and then perform fractionated ablative resurfacing. Learn how to reduce hypertrophic scars or keloids with either injections or fractionated ablative laser drug delivery.

Cynthia Elliott, MD

Dr. Cindy Elliott shows students how to assess the face at Skinspirations trainingCynthia Elliott, M.D. is the owner of the clinician training company, ExpertEsthetics, as well as the esthetic and regenerative practice, Skinspirations. Because of her reputation for results, she was invited to become a trainer and speaker in 2007 by Allergan, the makers of Botox and Juvederm. Since 2008, she’s been a trainer for Suneva Medica (makers of Bellafill) and Cutera Lasers. Dr. Elliott has trained over 250 clinicians, including many of the esthetic doctors and clinicians in Tampa Bay. Chances are, if you’ve had an esthetic treatment in the Tampa Bay area, it was from a provider trained by one of the instructors at ExpertEsthetics.

Stacy Chase, DO

Dr. Stacy Chase practices full-time in the Bay Pines VA Health Care system and has also spent most of her career educating new physicians. Among her many positions, she has been an Assistant Professor at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine, an Adjunct Associate Clinical Professor at LECOM Bradenton, and in her spare time, an esthetic injection instructor for ExpertEsthetics and clinician at Skinspirations. 

Esthetic Medical Training Workshop Information

Hands-on training in specific cosmetic medical techniques can usually be completed in one day or less in our office in Clearwater, FL, or at another practice if it’s within 20 miles. Students each furnish up to three models who can benefit from the treatments they want to learn. Consent forms, treatment templates, patient instructions, and clinical before photos will be provided. Injectable products used during the course can be purchased from us, or students may supply their own. We limit the maximum number of students to three so each participant gets as much attention and experience as they desire. Three-hour workshops are also available for since student lessons.

Esthetic Medical Training Pricing

The price for a workshop is based on the number of students.

  • One student – $1,900 for a six-hour training, $1,000 for three hours.
  • Two students – $1,500 each
  • Three students – $1,000 each 

Fees do not include the costs for the fillers or neuromodulators used. They can be purchased from us, or you may supply your own.
